00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05use Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer. Tutorial 31 compressing your
00:10presentation into a zip file. Without further ado let us start the video. So in
00:15the tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop
00:19application Microsoft PowerPoint. You can now start the tutorial. Let's now go over
00:23to the doc, go to finder, go to OneDrive, locate the PowerPoint presentation file
00:30which is work.pptx and now what we will do is right-click, copy the
00:37presentation itself, right-click and paste item on the desktop. So we will now
00:43work with this file which is a duplicate of the original as we wish to not impact
00:50the original file. If anything were to go wrong with this file we would still
00:54have access to the original. So right-click, highlight, right-click and
01:00compress. This allows us to compress the presentation to a zip file. If we were to
01:08double click on this, we then have the PowerPoint presentation opened up on
01:15screen. So what we can do, we can open up the PowerPoint presentation which is a
01:22duplicate of the duplicate. So we can have quick PowerPoint. And so that's it
01:28with this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for
01:35making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel
