In response to Mahmoud Abbas' recent remarks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated Israel's desire for peace but made it clear that attacks would continue if Hezbollah chooses war. Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Netanyahu emphasized that Israel is fighting for its survival against enemies intent on its destruction. He also issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that if Iran attacks, Israel will retaliate, and that no location in Iran is beyond Israel’s reach.

00:00Israel has reoccupied the Gaza Strip in its entirety and it has destroyed it almost entirely
00:11so that Gaza is no longer fit for life.
00:16Most homes have been destroyed.
00:19The same applies to most buildings, health facilities, educational facilities, economic
00:25buildings, roads, churches, mosques, water plants, electric plants, and sanitation plants.
00:34Anybody who goes to Gaza, who'd known it before, would not recognize it anymore.
00:38It's no longer there.
00:39Seventy-five percent of everything in Gaza has been fully destroyed.
00:45If Israel thinks that it would get away from being held accountable and punished for these
00:55crimes, then it is delusional.
00:58The international community must immediately impose sanctions on Israel.
01:05The massacres, the crimes, the genocide that Israel has been perpetrating against our people
01:11since its inception in 1948 to this very day will not go unpunished.
01:21Ladies and gentlemen, even with Hamas's greatly diminished military capability, the terrorists
01:27still exercise some governing power in Gaza by stealing the food that we enable aid agencies
01:37to bring into Gaza.
01:38Hamas steals the food and then they hike the prices.
01:43They feed their bellies and then they fill their coffers with money that they extort
01:48from their own people.
01:51They sell the stolen food at exorbitant prices, and that's how they stay in power.
01:58Well, this too has to end, and we're working to bring it to an end.
02:09And the reason is simple.
02:11Because if Hamas stays in power, it will regroup, rearm, and attack Israel again and again and
02:18again, as it has vowed to do.
02:20So Hamas has got to go.
02:30Just imagine.
02:31For those who say, well, Hamas has to stay, it has to be part of a post-war Gaza, imagine
02:39in a post-war situation, in World War II, imagine allowing the defeated Nazis in 1945
02:45to rebuild Germany.
02:47It's inconceivable.
02:48It's ridiculous.
02:49If it didn't happen then, it's not going to happen now.
