01:22You know, it's again important to highlight that that region
01:26Has been the so first of all, we know
01:30That Iranian-backed militia groups operate in that area
01:33We also know that Syrian military Syrian regime forces operate in that area
01:39but this
01:41location
01:42Has been used in the past by groups like Iranian-backed militias to target US forces at MSS Euphrates
01:50But again in terms of who is operating those vehicles or who was firing those rockets and mortars
01:55That is something that as I understand it CENTCOM is still assessing
01:59You did mention a T-64 tank last time. Isn't that normally something that's used by the Syrians or the Russians not Iranian militia groups?
02:07Entirely possible Carla again as I just highlighted
02:09I mean we do know that there are Syrian regime forces in that area
02:12But in terms of at that moment and who is doing what that's something that again as I understand it CENTCOM still looking at
02:19On Ukraine is the Pentagon still committed to using up all of the funds that Congress approved
02:26To send to Ukraine. I think we're at six billion
02:29PDA left and two billion roughly in USAI
02:34right 2.2 1 billion in USAI and 6.8 billion in PDA and again the
02:42to be clear, you know the direction that we've been that we've received from the White House is to
02:48Make every effort to continue to rush security assistance to Ukraine
02:54And employ the authorities that we have and we're doing exactly that
02:57I mean the the thing that hasn't changed is the sense of urgency within the department in terms of supporting Ukraine
03:04Understanding that the fight that they're in and we've been doing that for you know
03:08Upwards of three years almost three years now and we'll continue to do that
03:13and continue to ensure that we're
03:16Speaking with them and our allies and partners to enable Ukraine to defend its freedom and its sovereignty in light of
03:22quick advances
