00:00Well those who have moved into the Epstead Garden City were sold a dream and the

00:04concept around moving into a garden city whereby their children could walk, ride

00:09their bikes, scooters, get to school accessibly and what that will mean is if

00:13local people can't get access and places to local schools in the garden city

00:17they'll be forced to commute outside and likewise people commuting in so it's not

00:21in keeping with the ethos it's not what we were sold and we really want the

00:25admissions criteria revisited and really looked at.
