00:0020 barangays were still flooded due to the effects of high tide and low tide.

00:06In the middle of the thunderstorm in Cotabato, a pick-up was stranded in the middle of the floodwater.

00:15This pick-up was stranded in the middle of the floodwater in Alamada, Cotabato at 6 p.m.

00:27Suddenly, the pick-up sank as it passed by the spillway.

00:31And because of the continuous heavy rain, the water rose even more and the vehicle sank.

00:40The MDR-RMO and BFP also responded and pulled the vehicle.

00:47Three vehicles were saved.

00:50In San Fabian, Pangasinan, class-shifting was carried out in Longos Elementary School

00:56which was flooded for almost three weeks.

00:58The water was turning black from the covered court to the front part of the school

01:03and the water was still high in some corners of the school.

01:06This was because of the heavy rain since then,

01:09which was followed by a heavy rain and after that, a heavy rain.

01:13Every time there's a heavy rain, the school will subside.

01:16Hopefully, in one week, there will be no more rain and the school will subside.

01:21The school's leadership will consult with the local government

01:25to help them in clearing the land, even if it's just on the way to Silid Aralan.

01:33In Calumpit, Bulacan, 20 barangays were still submerged in the flood

01:37due to the effect of high tide and high tide.

01:39Up to seven floors of the highest flood in Maisulaw Barangay.

01:43In Bulusan Barangay, the roads were damaged in some places.

01:48Kalizon Elementary School was also submerged in the water.
