00:00A few hours from now, in the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:04Hurricane Ferdie will be the 6th hurricane in the PIR this year.

00:08According to the forecast.

00:10It's possible that tonight or later in the afternoon,

00:12it will be outside of our Area of Responsibility.

00:15But some parts of Luzon will be affected by the trough or extension of Hurricane Ferdie.

00:20The remaining part of the country,

00:22it's possible that it will be affected by the strong winds.

00:25According to the advisory issued by Pagasas,

00:27the effects of the trough will be in the next few days,

00:31starting tonight until tomorrow afternoon.

00:33It's expected that there will be heavy rains in Mimaropa,

00:35Western Visayas, Sorsogon, and Negros Occidental.

00:40In such heavy rains, the risk of flood or landslide is high.

00:44Meanwhile, in Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Calabarzon,

00:50the remaining part of Bicol Region and Visayas,

00:53Misamis Occidental, Zamboanga del Norte,

00:55Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur,

00:58Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, and Sarangani.

01:01From tomorrow afternoon until Sunday afternoon,

01:04heavy to intense rains will be experienced in Mimaropa,

01:07Aklan, Antique, and Negros Occidental.

01:10Moderate to heavy rains in Bicol Region,

01:13the remaining part of Negros Island Region,

01:15and the remaining part of Western Visayas.

01:18In Metro Manila, the chance of rain is high tomorrow,

01:21even on Sunday and Monday afternoon,

01:23based on the Metro weather.

01:25After Hurricane Ferdie,

01:27two new storms will be formed near PAR.
