PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) melepas sebagian saham PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) melalui anak usahanya, PT Megapratama Karya Persada (MKP).

Pelepasan 2,41 miliar saham SILO atau setara dengan 18,57 persen ini dilakukan dalam penawaran tender sukarela oleh Sight Investment Company Pte Ltd.

01:16Next, the LPKR shareholders receive 6.9 trillion rupiah in cash from this transaction.
01:22Around 3.9 trillion rupiah will be used to pay debts, including the obligation of the shareholders' dollars and other loans.
01:30Meanwhile, the rest will be used for investment, project completion, labor capital, and other corporate goals.
01:37From this transaction, the LPKR clean debt projected will fall to 4.3 trillion rupiah.
01:42On the other hand, the shareholders admit that they are still optimistic, but are careful about the future of the business with confidence that this step will increase financial flexibility and strengthen the position of the shareholders in the real estate industry.
