00:00The former general manager of the PCSO, retired colonel Roy Nagarman of the PNP, has been detained in front of the camera.

00:11He was not able to be sighted in contempt because of his false accusations.

00:16There is also another testimony that was forgotten during the hearing of the House Squad Committee.

00:25In the fifth hearing of the House Squad Committee, the former warden of Davao Prison and Penal Farm,

00:33Bureau of Corrections Senior Superintendent Gerardo Padilla,

00:37was interviewed by former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:42This is the first of three Chinese drug lords in Davao Prison in 2016.

00:48In his testimony, Padilla was accompanied by an inmate named Leopoldo Tan, Jr.

00:55Tan was the one who ordered the former President Duterte to arrest the three drug lords in the prison.

02:25Garma is lying and avoids questions.

02:29That's why he cited this concept, which was also approved by the committee.

02:34Before the investigation is over, Garma urged the committee to change their decision.

02:39But nothing happened.

02:41He was put under house arrest.

03:27which belongs to Attorney Harry Roque.

03:30And following his question,

03:32if he will not be able to prove the legal and valid source of this sudden increase of assets of Biancham,

03:39then there is a reasonable ground to believe that indeed he is connected with POGO operation

03:46and this money possibly came from the POGO operation.

03:50Mr. Chair, as extensively discussed by Congressman Luistro,

03:54stating the grounds why we are in the right,

03:58as far as our request for him to submit these documents,

04:02and his continued refusal to submit these documents to this Quadcommittee, Mr. Chair.

04:07I move, Mr. Chair, that we hold Harry Roque in contempt,

04:11Attorney Harry Roque in contempt,

04:12for refusing to submit the documents subject of the subpoena de sustecom

04:17and of which he has manifested that he was going to submit to this committee, Mr. Chair.

04:23I so move, Mr. Chair.

04:24In a media interview, Mr. Roque said that he has a connection with POGO.

04:29He stated that he will never attend the Quadcom hearings.

04:33He will also attend the Quadcom hearings in the Supreme Court.

04:38He also defended former President Duterte.

04:42It is clear to me and to the whole country that what is happening here in Quadcom is not an investigation.

04:48This is a witch hunt. This is a kangaroo court.

04:51Since they started this, their only goal is to destroy Duterte and their allies.

04:57I am their ally.

04:59In the next few days, the Quadcommittee is expected to continue their hearings

05:04to bring out the truth in the various issues that they are investigating.
