00:00A business company has denied operating the welfare homes in Selangor and Negeri Sembilan
00:06that were raided by authorities yesterday.
00:09Global Egg One Services and Business Holdings also denied claims that children under its
00:14care were sodomized and forced to sexually assault others.
00:18It said the allegations were serious and malicious in nature and had cast the company in a negative
00:24light.
00:25GISBH said it will lodge a police report to push for an investigation and those involved
00:31will be taken to court.
00:32GISBH said there were certain quotas who had a hidden agenda, aimed at smearing its image
00:38and damaging its business.
00:40It said it would not hesitate to take legal action against those who smeared its reputation.
00:45Yesterday Inspector General of Police Rasuluddin Hussain said some of the 402 children who
00:50were rescued in raids on 20 welfare homes were sodomized and taught to sexually assault
00:55others.
00:56The children, consisting of 201 boys and 201 girls, were believed to be victims of physical
01:01abuse, sexual abuse and abandonment.
