00:00Congressmen supported the arrest of Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

00:04They also hope that the former Mayor Alice Guo will be heard by the Quad Committee

00:10to clarify the illegal operations of POGO.

00:17Congressmen are hoping that the court will also allow the former Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo to be heard by the Quad Committee.

00:26According to House Deputy Speaker David J.J. Suarez,

00:29just like what the Senate did,

00:31they will also ask for the presence of Guo to clarify the various issues being raised against him by POGO.

00:39The next Quad Committee hearing was held on September 12.

00:43He has a lot of questions that need to be answered.

00:47Because of POGO's talk,

00:49he is one of the prominent primary resource persons

00:54that can further shed light into how the POGO operations operated,

00:59not only in Bamban Tarlac, but all over the country.

01:02Other lawmakers are calling for not only Alice Guo,

01:06but also for Cassandra Ong,

01:08who is also involved in the POGO issue, to tell the truth.

01:13House Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Don Gonzales, Jr. said

01:17that Guo and Ong are both claiming that they are Filipinos.

01:22So if this is true, they should love their country

01:25and spread all the information they know about POGO.

01:30Meanwhile, aside from the issue with Guo,

01:33congressmen who are now in the custody of the government,

01:37including the Executive Pastor of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ,

01:40Apollo Quibuloy, are also facing various cases.

01:43For House Appropriations Committee Chair Elizalde Co,

01:47the PNP's activities have already paid off,

01:49so under the National Fund,

01:52she will urge the National Police

01:55to provide more equipment to strengthen their forces.

01:59House Deputy Minority Leader Franz Castro said

02:03that Quibuloy should be held accountable

02:05and justice should be served.

02:07While House Deputy Majority Leader Jude Asidre said

02:11that what happened to Quibuloy is true,

02:13that no one is above the law,

02:15so the cases he is facing should be addressed.
