* Ghee ( घी ) 1 Tbsp
* Semolina ( सूजी ) 1 Cup
* Water ( पानी ) one and a half Cup
* black pepper ( काली मिर्च ) 1/2 Tsp
* chaat masala ( चाट मसाला ) 1 Tbsp
* salt ( नमक )
* crush potato ( आलू को कुचल लें)
* green coriander ( हरी धनिया )
* oil ( तेल )
For Fry
* peanut oil ( मूंगफली का तेल )

Method to Make Finger chips :
Take boiled potatoes and peel them and crush them .

Let the ghee melt well.
When the ghee melts, reduce the gas flame to medium and add semolina to it.
Mix semolina with ghee.
Once the semolina is mixed, add one and a half cups of water from the same cup from which you took the semolina and mix.
Will add spices like black pepper, chaat masala, salt and all the spices.
Cook the semolina on medium flame. After cooking, cool the semolina.
