00:05Two Chinese nationals who are involved in human trafficking were arrested,

00:09while 18 other Chinese were arrested.

00:19PNP-CIDG investigated an illegal smuggler in the Subic Freeport Zone

00:24where two Chinese nationals who are involved in human trafficking were arrested.

00:2918 Chinese were also rescued from the area.

00:32PNP-CIDG was on surveillance for two weeks

00:35because of the information provided by the informant

00:39that there is a villa where many Chinese go out and enter.

00:45So, upon confirmation that there are really Chinese,

00:49we applied for search warrant.

00:51Among the recovered were computers, cellphones, and phones.

00:55PNP-CIDG was in custody in Camp Kramie

00:58with the suspects and the rescuers.

01:00The suspects will file a complaint against the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act.

01:04The authorities are continuously looking for information

01:07to crack down on other illegal smugglers in the country.

01:10Since the start of the crackdown, they have splintered into small groups.
