00:00Alice Guo has also been found guilty of qualified human trafficking, according to the Department of Justice.

00:07This is because she was involved in the illegal operation of Pogo in Bamban, Tarlac.

00:17In the Senate, the questions about the acquaintance of Dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo were raised

00:22while she was suspected of her involvement in the raid of Pogo in Bamban, Tarlac

00:26that was taking place in Bawfu Land, where Alice Guo was an incorporator.

00:30But what Guo denied was that she sold her share in Bawfu.

00:35I am not connected, I am not an operator, I am not a protector or a cutler of Pogo.

00:42I have nothing to do with their operation and with anything they do inside and outside of Pogo.

00:49In the hearings, the questions about who Alice Guo really is were raised.

00:54And based on the investigation of the NBI and Comalex,

00:57Guo's fingerprint is the same as that of a Chinese citizen named Guo Huaping.

01:03I am a Filipino. I grew up knowing that I am a Filipino.

01:08According to the DOJ, the case of qualified human trafficking against Guo will be brought to court any day.

01:14He has a non-bailable case. We expect it to be decided very soon by the prosecution.

01:22If it is brought to court, it will be non-bailable.

01:24Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rimulya is not worried about the possibility that Guo will escape again

01:29because it's time for another case to be brought to court.

01:32At the same time, the whole departure order will be issued against the accused.

01:35The DOJ also said that they have not received an official request,

01:39including the Australian fugitive Gregor Johan Haas.

01:42According to a news agency in Indonesia, Haas is asking for an exchange for Alice Guo.

01:49In May, Haas was arrested in Bogosebu.

01:52He was connected to the Sinaloa drug cartel in Mexico.

01:55He is behind the entry of a large amount of drugs in Indonesia.

01:59Haas is in a BIA detention facility in Taguig.

02:02I cannot make any statements on that because the talks have only just started this morning

02:10and nothing is only about to start.

02:12So I don't have any information to disclose.

02:15So far, we have no such information.

02:17We have no contact with anybody about the prisoner swap.

02:22We heard about it through Indonesian media actually.

02:25The prisoner swap is the work of the DFA.

02:28If the Indonesian government has a request, the DFA will go through it.
