00:23governing the Archipelagic Lanes of the Philippines.

00:26These are like highways around the Philippines where ships and airplanes can pass freely

00:31even if they are from other countries.

00:33The bill also regulates the penalties for ships and airplanes that illegally enter the Philippines.

02:44to sign and make them lawful.

02:50He will issue a proclamation and it will be effective within six months.
