00:00A water spout has been spotted in the coastal areas of Mindoro and Batangas.

00:07The water spout is erupting due to a strong thunderstorm.

00:11It is seen from the mouth of Mabini, Batangas,

00:14the embudo-shaped cloud.

00:16The water spout lasted for more than 30 minutes.

00:19According to the weather forecast,

00:21the water spout is twice as strong as the wind

00:24caused by a typhoon with signal No. 5.

00:27Fishermen are being warned not to go too far

00:32if they see fish.

00:34This Tuesday, the chances of local thunderstorms
