01:39Signal No. 1 in Ilocos Sur, Northern portion of La Union, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Northern portion of Benguet, Batanes,

01:48Northern portion of mainland Cagayan, rest of Baboyan Islands, Isabela, Northern portion of Rev. Vizcaya, and Northern portion of Quirino.
