00:00Good morning, Kapuso. I'm still here in Navota City where the winds are still strong and it will continue to rain because of the typhoon Enteng.

00:18Kapuso, because of the typhoon Enteng, here on my right, we can see one of the ships that hit their dock.

00:24And Kapuso, two ships hit their docks which resulted in the destruction of some parts of their docks.

00:31Namely, the AS Regine and the Mt. Patriot. Their docks were completely destroyed.

00:37And because of that, people and residents here need to be evacuated.

00:41Here, 26 families and 104 individuals were evacuated by the local government of Navota City.

00:48And Kapuso, if that's not enough, the Orange Rainfall Warning is now in effect here in Metro Manila.

00:54According to the forecast, Sambales and Bataan are also affected.

00:57The risk of flooding in the mentioned areas is serious.

01:00Yellow Rainfall Warning in Tarlac, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga and several parts of Occidental Mindoro.

01:07Flooding and landslide are also possible.

01:09Kapuso, for now, the chance of flooding in some parts of the zone is still high,

01:12especially in Ilocos Region, Cordillera, Batanes and Babuyan Islands in some parts of Central and Southern Luzon.

01:19By the end of the day, the other parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be flooded.

01:23That's based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.

01:26Heavy to intense rains are possible.

01:28Floods or landslides can also occur.

01:30So, when you go out of your house, be sure to bring an umbrella even if you are from Metro Manila.

01:35Because according to the forecast, there is a possibility of a severe tropical storm

01:40later in the afternoon or tomorrow night.

01:42It is expected that the PIR will be issued tomorrow morning.
