00:00Because of the storm, Naga City was submerged in the state of calamity in Camarinesul.

00:06Sixteen barangays were flooded in Lungsud, including Barangay Mabolo, where up to 20 barangays are still flooded.

00:13In other barangays, houses were flooded to the point of being broken.

00:17According to the local government, heavy rain and high tide accompanied the flooding.

00:23The Naga City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office confirmed that

00:27there were two people who were affected by the storm.

00:31One of them was a man who was waiting to be evacuated

00:35and another woman who fell from her bed while they were being flooded.

00:40Because of the flooding, all classes were suspended in all educational institutions in Naga City.

00:47The offices of the government and private sector in Lungsud were also affected.
