00:00With the double header, I'm curious, how does that affect availability or pitching plans
00:22for you guys having to go with the double header as opposed to what the schedule was
00:27going to be?
00:29We're all set to go.
00:31We've got two days off, so guys are fresh in bullpen.
00:35We've got long guys down there, so we have coverage.
00:39With Leiter, we will have to keep an eye on him and his workload, but Andrew, we're hoping
00:46to get five or six.
00:47If we get that, then we're good the first game.
00:52First game always can dictate what we have left in the second game.
00:57We don't think about tomorrow until we get to that point.
01:01We have to make a move.
01:02We'll do that, but I think we're fine there now.
01:06Our job is to go out and get some runs.
01:09When you talk about monitoring Leiter, outside of just what you regularly do to monitor a
01:14pitcher, is there anything special for him because he's young, because he has kind of
01:17bounced up and down from the minors?
01:20What do you look for when you're monitoring him?
01:23More than anything, just how their innings are going, how stressful they are.
01:30You're always looking at the number of pitches, but he's had some time off two weeks ago,
01:39so he's good.
01:40He's healthy.
01:41He's been stretched out.
01:42We can take him up to 90 pitches in there, but just a case of how he gets there.
01:49Mike Maddox and I will keep a watchful eye on how it's going for him, check on him.
01:57He wouldn't be starting the second game, but if we didn't think he was stretched out, he
02:02was healthy, he was good to go.
