00:00Good evening. Staying pretty cloudy and damp for many of us through the rest of
00:04tonight but tomorrow is looking a much brighter wherever you are. That's because
00:09a cold front is going to be booting away this muggy air through this evening. It's
00:13wrapped around an area of low pressure so still staying fairly breezy across
00:18the far north and the weather front may take a little while to clear into the
00:22southeast but it should arrive, that fresher air should arrive by Friday
00:26afternoon but through the rest of this evening heavy bursts of rain
00:30particularly across north and eastern areas of the UK particularly Scotland
00:34and northern England and that drizzly rain is going to linger for parts of
00:38Wales and the south coast through much of the night so here it will stay quite
00:42muggy through much of the night particularly across southern areas of
00:45England. Temperatures holding up in the high teens but the fresher air will
00:49arrive into much of Scotland, Northern Ireland, western areas of Northern
00:53England, North Wales as well, a bit of a fresher feel by tomorrow morning. As said
00:57there is a bit of a breeze though lingering across the far north of
01:00Scotland so potentially some blustery showers here and certainly a fresher
01:04feel. Elsewhere across the UK into Wales, England, northern areas of England and
01:09Northern Ireland plenty of sunshine particularly by the afternoon
01:12definitely a brighter day tomorrow than today and it will feel quite warm in the
01:16sunshine. Temperatures climbing into the low 20s possibly the mid 20s across the
01:21south and east but holding on in the mid teens across the far north so we've
01:25got that breeze and showers through much of the day. Looks like a dry evening for
01:30many areas on Friday evening but cloud and rain will build in from the south
01:34and west as the night progresses particularly moving into parts of Wales,
01:38central areas of England, the southwest we could see some fairly persistent rain
01:42by Saturday morning. Some drier and clearer weather further east but
01:46temperatures again holding up into the mid teens for many areas. In the
01:51southeast though a fresher night than tonight across the southeast into
01:55tomorrow night. Now that rain and cloud will continue to move north and eastwards
01:59through much of England and Wales through Saturday some potentially quite
02:02heavy showers spreading in across Scotland fairly bright across Northern
02:06Ireland and that brighter weather will spread into England and Wales into
02:09Saturday afternoon and once again feeling pretty warm in the sunshine
02:13temperatures 23-24 degrees at best in England and Wales. Cloudier skies still
02:18lingering across the far north of Scotland so as a result temperatures
02:21still a little bit disappointing for this point in August. Now as we look
02:26ahead to Sunday that's when we start to see the heat and humidity really build
02:31temperatures will likely peak in the low 30s on Monday across southern areas of
02:35England but you can find more details on that on our YouTube channel. See you
02:39again soon, bye bye.
