01:09I mean yeah, there's common areas. And the way this hall is structured, there's a bunch of these
01:14really small common areas. There's one further down the hall. There's another one over there.
01:18And it's nice because it's a good place just to hang, to study. Mid-century modern chair.

02:48So for me, this is a good experience because all my life I wanted to study abroad but I couldn't study abroad.
02:50But since my kids are studying abroad, especially in a good school like Tufts, I'm so proud of Jose right there.
