Tenant Farmers Opposing CCRC Act 2019: గిట్టుబాటు కావట్లేదంటూ సొంత రైతులే వ్యవసాయాన్ని వదిలేస్తున్న నేటికాలంలో, సాగు బాధ్యతను కౌలు రైతులే భుజానేసుకుంటున్నారు. దేశంలో నూటికి 75 శాతం ఉన్న కౌలు రైతులే ప్రజలకు కావాల్సిన ఆహార ధాన్యాలు పండిస్తున్నారు. కౌలు రైతులు అనేక ఉద్యమాలు చేసి సాధించుకున్న చట్టాలను గత ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసింది. భూ యజమాని అంగీకారం ఉంటేనే కార్డు ఇవ్వాలంటూ సీసీఆర్​సీ పేరిట దుర్మార్గమైన చట్టాన్ని తెచ్చి అన్నదాతలను నట్టేట ముంచింది. జగన్‌ అనాలోచిత నిర్ణయాలతో కార్డులు రాక, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రయోజనాలు అందక, రైతులు కష్టాల కడలిలో ఈదుతున్నారు.
