00:00We've got a retired dog so at home we've got him as an open dog and then we've got a caboodle.
00:13So yeah, it's an interesting house dynamic, so we've got a little caboodle inside and we know how to do caboodle stuff.
00:19He's out the back.
00:21That's the best, you don't know what you're going to do when you go to a certain dog.
00:25So, older version, it's all sitting there over your neck and it will hand up underneath on that one.
00:33So, use two down here if you need to.
00:35What this is about is when you want to join, right at the very beginning we're talking locals in these towns
00:43and Tamworth is the example today, where right at the onboarding where the application process commences
00:49we're saying, you know, once appropriate checks are completed we will guarantee you
00:53you will be able to come back to your home town.
00:55So, it's really, really exciting.
00:57I think it gives an opportunity for locals to actually have some ownership.
01:01The connection to the community that we have with our local police is really, really important to us.
01:06So, we're really excited about this and we think this is a great initiative to get regional NSW folk as part of our team.
