Leeds road users are being urged to plan ahead this summer as significant disruptive work begins around the Armley Gyratory, Stanningley Bypass and the Outer Ring Road.

00:05disruptive work begins around the Armley Gyratory, Stanningly Bypass and the
00:09Outer Ring Road Horsforth to Rodley routes. The Armley Gyratory-Wellington Road footbridge
00:14works begin on the 8th of July through to the 21st, with lane closures between 8pm and 6am.
00:21From the 22nd of July there will be permanent lane closures until the scheme completes.
00:26Joints and surfacing works on the Stanningly Bypass, A647 Outer Ring Road between Farnley
00:32and Bramley start eastbound from the 20th of July and westbound between the 8th and 30th of August.
00:38Highway widening, cycle and footway construction on the A6120 west of
00:42Horsforth roundabout start on the 24th of July until summer 2025.
00:48Full lane closures will be in place for 11 weeks, then partially removed.
00:52The works have been planned to coincide with reduced levels of traffic over the
00:56school summer holidays and full details can be found online.
