మొదటి రెండు విడతల్లో 50 ఎకరాలు సేకరించగా ఎకరాకు రూ.2 లక్షల చొప్పున మొత్తం 1.16 కోట్ల రైతుల నుంచి వసూలు చేశారు. మూడు, నాలుగు విడతల్లో 100 ఎకరాల వరకు సేకరించారు. అందులో ఎకరాకు ఏడున్నర లక్షలు చొప్పున ఏడున్నర కోట్లు ఇవ్వాలంటూ రైతుల నుంచి ముందుగానే చెక్కులు, నోట్లు తీసుకున్నారు.
