00:00A fire broke out in Barangay Tandansora in Quezon City earlier this morning.

00:04Five houses were burned.

00:06Although no one was injured, the victims were in trouble because they were left with almost no spare equipment.

00:12Let's discuss the situation there live from Quezon City.

00:16We have first news from James Agustin. James?

00:23Susan Maris, Ivan, the Bureau of Fire Protection is still investigating the possible cause of the fire

00:28that broke out in five houses here in Barangay Tandansora in Quezon City.

00:35Residents of Ramos Compound in Barangay Tandansora, Quezon City were severely burned at around 2 a.m.

00:42The fire spread quickly to the nearby houses.

00:45The first alarm was set by the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:48Eight firetrucks responded, as well as fire volunteers.

00:52I heard someone screaming, so I didn't think it was urgent.

00:57When I heard the word fire, I went outside to check.

01:01I saw someone crying, so I went inside again to wake up the people inside the house.

01:06When I went outside again, the fire was too strong. Everyone panicked.

01:10Among those who were burned, the house of Mang Reynaldo,

01:13aside from his entire family being saved, they were able to save three appliances.

01:18I ran to the back of the house.

01:20When I ran, the fire was too strong for me.

01:24I came back.

01:26When I came back, I took my son and my grandson outside.

01:32We are thankful to God and we are still alive.

01:35We still have hope.

01:37That's all. We have nothing else to do.

01:43That material thing can still be recovered.

01:47As for the Ramos family, none of their appliances were saved.

01:51Two floors of their house were burned.

01:53I was shocked when I saw the fire coming from the back.

02:00So I ran to save the other two.

02:07According to the BFP, five houses were burned.

02:10The fire lasted for almost 30 minutes.

02:13They are still investigating the cause of the fire,

02:15which came from the ground floor of a house.

02:17The total value of the appliances in each house is also being investigated.

02:25Meanwhile, some of the people who were burned here in Baragay Tandang Soray

02:28are temporarily living with their relatives.
