00:10 Yeah, between 2.30 and 3 AM this morning, police and
00:13 emergency services were called to this address and found a house on fire.
00:18 During firefighting activities and subsequent to that,
00:23 we found a deceased person inside.
00:27 And now we're investigating the circumstances of the fire and the death.
00:31 >> Are you treating it as a suspicious fire at this point, Inspector?
00:34 >> Yeah, at this point we're treating it as suspicious.

00:39 Is it simply because there's a deceased person or
00:41 is there something that makes you suspect foul play?
00:44 >> We're still investigating and at this stage we're dealing with it as
00:48 a suspicious fire and death until we can determine otherwise.

00:56 >> Not a lot at this stage, we're just doing the first examination, so

01:04 >> Are you able to tell us the gender, the age?
01:07 >> I can't tell you anything other than it's a deceased person.
01:12 And because we haven't identified the person, we haven't notified their family.
