00:00Some libraries, there's more disruption by young people.

00:04In other libraries, it's adults who seem to be coming in who are very angry about something

00:10and want to put that anger somewhere.

00:13In other places, it's people who obviously need support from health services,

00:19mental health services, and have maybe not got the support they need,

00:23so are struggling with mental health issues that are coming in and causing disruption.

00:27So it feels like the challenging behaviour libraries are experiencing

00:34is coming from a whole different range of fronts

00:38and a whole different range of causes across society.
