00:14 For a few months, the water from a balloon in Barangay 5, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte is not being used

00:23 because the water is green.

00:26 Residents even said that it also smells like gasoline.

00:29 They blame the nearby gas station for the contamination of the water.

00:34 It's mixed with gasoline and water.

00:43 When the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office examined the water,

00:47 along with the officials of the barangay,

00:49 the water sample showed that it was positive for fuel content.
