00:00 It's had a different feel to it actually this year. I think the dancers have all really
00:06 embraced both dancing and the fundraising. I think we have seen so many fundraising events
00:11 this year. Our graphic designer would agree because he's designed so many posters, probably
00:17 into the hundreds of posters, for all the dancers' events. They've just been amazing.
00:22 I mean everyone has truly put their heart and soul into it this year and that's what
00:27 we want. We want them to commit to dancing and to fundraising for the charities, which
00:31 is after all why we're here.
00:33 Oh it's a huge fundraiser for the hospice. It is massive. The hospice does so much, probably
00:41 more than a lot of people watching this realise. Yes, we have an inpatient unit which delivers
00:49 immediate care to people who are either at end of life or looking for a bit of respite,
00:54 but we have so many other services. One of our dancers this year, Louise, works in our
00:59 bereavement team. We have bereavement support, we are working out in the communities, we
01:05 run a befriending service, we do child bereavement support, we do so many different services.
01:11 I'd be here all night actually listing them all, but we just want to really help people
01:17 who are at the end of life in every way that we can and their family through their illness
01:22 and beyond. So yeah, it's really important and I think the hospice is so special to so
01:28 many people.
