00:12 Upon learning that her 1.2 hectare family farm had been overgrown with bushes,

00:17 Zarina Sofian decided to turn the land into a farmstay.

00:22 This design of these chalets, I get it from Norway.

00:26 I like the huts inside the forest, so I just take the design, I give it to the architect,

00:32 then they design this chalet for me.

00:34 These lodges look like they had been plucked right out of the Scandinavian country.

00:40 Make no mistake, they may seem small on the outside,

00:43 but each chalet has all the amenities you'd need for a no-fuss getaway.

00:49 This includes queen-sized mattresses in the form of a bunk bed,

00:54 a bathroom with access to hot water, a television,

00:57 and even an open kitchen outside where you can cook freely at no extra charge.

01:03 Looking to beat the heat?

01:04 Go for a frolic in the stream nearby, or take a dip in the swimming pool.

01:09 The farm next to the chalets boasts a variety of fruit trees,

01:13 including mangoes, chiku, nonna balanda, bananas, and sugar cane.

01:20 If it's fruit season, Lubis' Tiny House will even harvest them and share them with you.

01:26 I do three chalets at the moment because I need the exclusivity.

01:29 So when people come here, they just do their things with their family.

01:33 They can do anything without any disturbance from the outside.

01:37 So they can enjoy this place by themselves.
