The video, filmed in Shuozhou, China shows the unusual weather event swirling around as it stretches metres into the sky.
Mr. Guo said that the tornado was around a metre in diameter and suddenly appeared in front of his shop on April 16 even though there had been no high winds.
The tornado lasted for no more than two minutes before disappearing - sending pieces of trash into the air.
