00:08 cheating her of nearly 4.3 million ringgit.

00:12 She said she had asked the 29-year-old man, known as Mentos, to settle PY Empire's Indirian

00:18 Berhad's tax areas with the Inland Revenue Board last year.

00:22 However, Sue claimed that Mentos, who worked as the director of the company, absconded

00:28 without paying the dues.

00:30 Popularly known as Miss Pui Yee, the model said at a press conference today that she

00:34 realised that the man had misappropriated funds from her company since June 2022.

00:41 She said she was introduced to him by a mutual friend in 2019 and trusted him to manage her

00:46 company's human resources matters.

00:49 Sue's lawyer Kay Mahindran said a report was lodged on the matter last October and the

00:54 police had recorded her statement several times.

00:58 Mahindran said a civil suit was filed at the Georgetown High Court yesterday to reclaim

01:03 the 4.3 million ringgit and other damages.
