00:00This is a summit that has now become commonplace and important to confront with all the actors
00:11of the sea economy and for us this is very important and profitable, as well as last
00:16year it served us to put together the design of the law on Made in Italy, even when it
00:24concerns the aspects of the nautical and canteen industry, this year the reflection of the
00:32summit will allow us to better realize the design of the law on the sea economy, which
00:40is contained in the economic maneuver approved by the parliament, the design of the law that
00:46concerns us will have to allow us to facilitate, support, support, direct companies to better
00:57use this so important historical and geographical dimension, which is also an economic and political
01:06dimension . The design of the law on the blue economy will project our country into the Mediterranean
01:13in the use of the resources of the sea, both in terms of industrial activity, I am referring
01:19for example to the nautical and canteen industry, where we are top actors globally,
01:26both in terms of portability, infrastructures and maritime traffic, where we can become
01:35even more central precisely for the different geopolitical and geoeconomic conditions of the
01:41European continent, which is closed to the east in the continental part, will have to more and more
01:47orient itself towards the Mediterranean, both in terms of the best use of marine resources,
01:54starting with that of the marine subsurface, where there are dimensions that can certainly
02:02concern our country and contribute to its growth.
