00:00 Yes.
00:01 So, Mr. Waibid, you said it's not as bad as the criticism.
00:06 Will it be more challenging for people to register in the next few days?
00:11 In my opinion.
00:12 If you look at it from last week, it has increased from day to day.
00:19 And I think part of it is our culture.
00:24 So, yesterday it reached 400,000 a day.
00:29 Imagine, throughout February,
00:32 even though Dawson opened the counter downstairs,
00:36 the registration was only 50,000 to 70,000 a day.
00:39 So, when we made the PC,
00:42 on the first day of March,
00:45 it increased from 70,000 a day to 220,000.
00:52 Then, it increased to 220,000, 240,000 a day.
00:55 Yesterday, it reached 400,000.
00:57 If it increases again, I cannot tell.
01:00 But I think the last minute factor is our culture.
01:06 So, if today it has broken 84%,
01:11 we have about 6 more days.
01:14 5 more days.
01:17 I think we should be able to...
01:20 What is it?
01:22 Today, it's about 8.4 million.
01:24 So, we should be able to cross 10 million.
01:28 10 million is a good figure.
01:33 Because, I was honest, the house is worth 9 million.
01:38 So, if we have 10 million adults who register,
01:41 we have a higher chance that
01:44 70% of the household has been verified.
01:50 I am not worried if people say,
01:52 "Why will the other 50% be affected?"
01:56 Because the data is already there.
01:58 The data of 30 million households is already there.
02:01 We just want people to verify it.
02:04 So, it can be verified.
02:06 And we also have to be aware that
02:09 most of the people who registered T20,
02:12 they don't want to register.
02:14 Or they don't want to verify.
02:16 Because it's highly unlikely that they are not eligible
02:19 and don't need help.
02:21 Even though we said 21 million,
02:23 we have to take 20% out.
02:28 So, you are actually looking at around 16 million adults.
02:33 So, if 16 million adults,
02:35 if registration and verification is 10 million,
02:38 that's 10 million out of 16.
02:40 5 out of 8, it's about 70%.
02:44 If we manage that, we more or less cover about 70% of the target.
02:50 You don't have a head of household and a household member, right?
02:54 So, if the head of household doesn't want to register,
02:58 is the government ready to provide a solution
03:01 for the household members to verify the information?
03:07 We have not built it until 31st March.
03:11 But I think that's also one of the things
03:15 that we have to take note of
03:20 so that in the next iteration of Padu,
03:22 because we will reopen Padu.
03:24 It's not just closing on 31st March,
03:25 it's the end of the world.
03:27 But if we don't close,
03:29 it won't be a solution.
03:31 So, we cannot move to the target of the subsidy.
03:33 But those issues are there.
03:36 There are also examples of husband and wife
03:39 who don't agree on who to register as the head of household.
03:42 We will take note of those issues
03:45 so that when we reopen Padu,
03:48 maybe towards the end of the year or a few months after this,
03:53 after we have started implementing the subsidy
03:57 and the cash assistance has been provided,
04:00 and we open for 2-3 months a year to pack this,
04:05 and features like that will be introduced.
04:09 Thank you.
04:10 [end]
