00:15 I'm going to reinvent those leftovers by making
00:18 individual lasagna roll-ups.

00:22 I'm going to do about half of this, about 16 ounces.
00:25 I'm going to be very generous with my Parmesan cheese,
00:28 some shredded mozzarella.
00:30 That looks awesome.
00:31 I'm going to add some frozen chopped spinach,
00:34 some chopped parsley, some pepper.
00:37 And I am not messing with chopping garlic for this,
00:40 because I need this done in a hurry.
00:41 So I'm just going to use garlic salt. It's a great substitute.

00:46 So I'm going to scoop a little bit of my bolognese
00:48 down in the bottom of the pan.

00:52 and I am going to spread it all the way down
00:55 in a nice, thin sheet.

00:59 Just a little bit of salt. And give it a little roll.
