FALKIRK: Kinnaird Storm Isha clean up ahead of Storm Jocelyn. 1800 homes in Kinnaird will be without power for several hours as engineers try to restore power after a tree fell on a sub station on Sunday night. GTC and Scottish Power engineers in attendance and Robertsons Tree Care Ltd cut away the fallen tree. A Beech tree estimated to be 150 years old. Kinnaird Primary School, Kinnaird Waters ELC Centre and local shops closed because of no power. Localised flooding ahead of Storm Jocelyn in Stenhousemuir.
