00:00 Well, my vision and my wish actually for a hyper-personalized car is a whole new level
00:07 of customer experience.
00:08 So we're putting the customer in the center and that's Mercedes-Benz to generate and create
00:14 the utmost customer experience.
00:17 And here comes AI to help.
00:19 So a human-like interaction with the car.
00:22 That's a totally different interaction compared to what we have today.
00:25 It's a one-way conversation today, but in the future with this car here, for example,
00:32 with a supercomputer on board, artificial intelligence, our own software stack, it will
00:38 be a two-way dialogue, an emotional dialogue with the car where you interact with the car
00:43 in a whole new level.
00:44 The MBUS, our own operating system built in-house for the first time in 138 years, is a real
00:52 milestone and it's the enabler.
00:54 It's the enabler to enable all this world of entertainment, of the car being a spa,
01:01 of the car being a service station, of the car being an energy hub.
01:06 So all these endless opportunities will be enabled by our own operating system MBUS starting
01:12 in 2025.
01:13 Well, the first proof point is what we call the virtual assistant.
01:20 So this is the human-machine interaction.
01:22 So this is the gateway to the car.
01:25 So I need to interact with the car and we take it to the next level.
01:28 We call it the virtual assistant.
01:31 So on the large screen, there's your assistant coming up once you call it, "Hey, Mercedes,"
01:36 where you don't have to even call it, just talk to the system.
01:40 And I mentioned it's going to be human-like, empathetic conversation in the future.
01:45 So the assistant knows the mood you are in and you can choose also the mood of the assistant.
01:51 So the interaction with the car, with the virtual assistant, which we are showing here,
01:55 will be more human-like and you will be encouraged more and more to interact with the system.

02:04 So the virtual assistant is our first proof point.
