Brussels has sounded the alarm over celebrations planned in Bosnia and Herzegovina's post-war Serb region, the Republika Srpska, to mark its breakaway anniversary.

01:04 Well, the idea of dividing Bosnia and Herzegovina in three mono-ethnic territories is not new.
01:10 And what is new is that, in fact, Milorad Dotic has support not just from Belgrade and Serbia,
01:19 it's the support that comes from certain EU and NATO members like Hungary,
01:24 and it is this geopolitical insecurity.

01:48 It's clear that for some member states, condition to start accession talks is actually to see
01:54 some of the steps that the ruling coalition in Republika Srpska and Milorad Dotic have done
01:59 in the past couple of years to be reversed.
02:01 That means that Milorad Dotic and the ruling coalition in Republika Srpska have a sort of a veto on that EU path.
