A mum fears she could drop her baby down a flight of stairs after she was moved to the top of a Maidstone flatblock.

00:00 When I first moved here I was five and a half months pregnant. It was hard enough
00:04 even getting all my belongings up four flights of stairs with no lift, being
00:08 heavily pregnant. I ended up having him a month early which I think was because
00:13 of just getting my essentials up all them stairs on my own, heavily pregnant.
00:19 When he was born obviously it was a lot harder because you have to carry a lot
00:25 of stuff out when you're taking a baby outside as it is, let alone having to
00:30 come back home with any essentials you need from outside. Then up four flights
00:35 of stairs, no lift. It's quite dangerous, I don't want to trip and fall
00:43 with my child so I end up having to carry him in his carry cot, that's an
00:49 attachment to the pram, up a flight. Then I have to run down shopping, bring it up,
00:55 so on and so forth to the top
