A woman who has splashed $60k on cosmetic surgery has undergone a procedure to get dimples.
Erin Paige Melendrez, 28, spent $2,300 on dimpleplasty - a cosmetic procedure which involves making an incision on the cheek to make small indents in the face.
It took six months for the dimples to look natural and Erin was thrilled with her results, she said.
In total she has spent an estimated $50k to $60k on all of her cosmetic enhancements - including two nose jobs, "cat-eye" surgery and breast implants.
She's had tonsil removal, a full face Botox, undereye PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatments and laser hair removal.
She has also had porcelain veneers twice and says she got "illegal butt injections" when she was 22.
Erin, from Las Cruces, New Mexico, said: "After dimple surgery I just felt sore like I had just gotten a shot - no pain.
"I felt tight but my cheeks were newly sewn. The stitches dissolved seven days later.
"I was able to leave right after the dimpleplasty.
"I just had a hard time eating right away so it was soups, jellos and things like that for the first three days.
"I’ve always loved dimples and when I saw how cheap it was to get them, I flew out two weeks after.
"I didn’t really do research like I should have - I was just excited and booked it because I saw awesome before and after photos. I couldn’t wait to be one.
"It was my first time ever flying alone but I was determined. I flew there and back the same day.
"I skipped class to go get surgery. I came back wearing a covid mask to cover my cheeks so they wouldn’t know I left for surgery.
"I loved every part of my results - every phase."
Dimpleplasty was a relatively unknown procedure 10 years ago but has slowly come into the mainstream.
Erin didn't want to look like any celebrities but is a big fan of the actress, Lauren London, who has prominent dimples.
The aesthetician and Only Fans creator said the procedure took less than 20 minutes.
Erin was called in and had her cheeks marked where the incisions would be made, in August last year at a clinic in Georgia, Atlanta, US.
When the wound healed and the stitches dissolved, the scar tissue between the inner skin and the muscle made the indent permanent.
Erin paid $1,800 plus a $500 deposit.
When she first posted the results on her TikTok page, Erin's man-made dimples looked much deeper, which she says resulted in trolling.

00:00 I'm here to reveal my new face. Okay so keep in mind um they're gonna look like holes in my face
00:06 for the first few weeks just because they just stitched me. So once they're healed they will
00:10 soften completely and only show up when I smile. So don't freak out it's not gonna stay this way.
00:16 Ladies and gentlemen, her.
00:20 Only you.
00:31 What up y'all new bitch in town. Just kidding same bitch different face. I know I look a little wild
00:37 right now. Trust the process. Why would you want to ruin your face? First of all it can't get any
00:43 worse okay so you know risk it all. I'm really hoping this helps the whole resting bitch face
00:50 that I have. I look so innocent. I look like I won't beat your ass. Surprise bitch. A lot of
00:56 people were just telling me like why didn't you just get dimple piercings it gives you dimples.
01:00 No I don't want holes in my cheek okay. Like what if I'm trying to drink a capri sun I'm like
01:04 you know. No. I don't like needles but I clearly didn't think that through because then they used
01:10 a needle to shoot me up. It's strange that I don't like needles because you know.
01:14 I mean I guess these are different so yeah whatever. I had some people ask me why I
01:21 wanted dimples so bad. First name Lauren last name London. Duh look her up. No regrets not even a letter.
01:27 Every time I step outside I'm getting a new surgery.
01:31 Okay so this is the video about the details on the dimples. Right now I am still healing
01:39 so they still look like they're like holes in my face. However in a few weeks they will go down
01:45 and only show up when I smile so it's a more natural look. So all y'all that are like oh it
01:50 don't look natural you know I need to do your titties and I don't say nothing. So you know
01:54 that's a deformity already. Okay and it's my face. It's my fucking face. If I want to
02:00 if I want a muscle deformity in my own face why can't I pay for it?
02:07 Don't worry I'll wait. Why can't I pay for it? Exactly shut up. It's my face. I don't
02:14 understand. I don't understand. What's the matter? It's my face.
02:18 Shout out to Dr. Kim in Atlanta. His whole staff was amazing. They're super friendly.
02:25 They're nice. They're informative. They made me feel super comfortable. I was in and out of that
02:29 appointment. My appointment was at 10 30. I got out at 10 43. They are quick with it. You guys wanted
02:35 to know about the cost. It's a thousand five hundred. Three hundred was the deposit. The rest
02:38 was due that day. As far as the procedure goes they stitch the inside of your muscle so that's
02:43 why they look so apparent. But yeah still healing. I was sore the first week I think on my face.
02:50 One side did bruise a little bit. It was a little green and purple right here but other than that
02:54 like I was fine. Pain tolerance to like numb you with like a needle. It shoots you up real quick.
03:01 You just see them like tying everything like the stitch because you're awake. The stitches
03:05 dissolve too so you don't have to like go back and have them like cut or taken out or whatever they do.
03:09 Um what else? Medicine. Um they give you uh Tylenol 500 and antibiotics to take. But the
03:21 comments that really do irritate me are the ones that are telling me that I'm gatekeeping. I'm not
03:24 gatekeeping anything. Let me heal first and then I will speak about it. Like I am an open book just
03:28 Just like my legs.
03:30 Just kidding.
03:30 Sorry, mom.
