00:06Hi Allure, I'm Paris Hilton and welcome to The Sliving Spa by PeraVe.
00:17So this is my sliving spa. I would describe it as the fountain of youth and basically a longevity, wellness and beauty center.
00:26I am very busy in my schedule, so I am the queen of multitasking.
00:30So I really wanted to create this space where I could just do it all.
00:35Yeah, it's my favorite room in the house.
00:43So this is the Neolite red light therapy bed. I love laying in this. It's so amazing.
00:48There's three different settings, yellow light, red light, blue light and then all the lights together as well.
00:53Every machine in here, basically, I can use myself. This is amazing.
00:57It's for stimulating collagen and elastin, boosting circulation and cellular energy, as well as really speeding up muscle recovery.
01:05I've always been an early adopter to anything beauty related, tech related.
01:10So as soon as the red lights came out, which was years ago, I was already using them.
01:16It reminds me of tanning beds from back in the day, but this one is actually good for you.
01:21So this is one of my favorite toys in here.
01:28So this is my hyperbaric chamber. This is the number one thing for anti-aging.
01:33They've done a lot of studies on it. It's great because it fits four people.
01:40It looks like a spaceship, sort of, and I had it all wrapped and holographic, just like my car,
01:45because that's one of my favorite colors right now. Inside, it's just like very comfortable.
01:50I usually lay in here with my husband at night and we watch movies because there's TV screens,
01:54or just do work. And it's great because the entire time we're breathing in so much oxygen.
02:00I usually will stay in here for like 45 minutes to an hour and a half. It's depending on my schedule,
02:06but the more the better. The whole system is right here in the back and there's a lot of different
02:12oxygen tanks. It took me a minute to learn how to do it. My husband had to show me a couple times
02:18because it is very technical, but now I know how to do it by myself, so I can do it whenever I want.
02:30It's getting a little loud over here because we have all of this equipment that's running,
02:34but this is my cryo chamber by Cryo Belt. It is very cold, as you can see.
02:42It definitely wakes me up and gets me ready for the day. It reduces pain inflammation and pain
02:48relief. It also improves skin health. It just is amazing way just to really wake up, feel energized,
02:54and ready for another busy day. So this was actually one of the first machines that we got at our house
03:01right before this. We had another living spa and the first addition was the cryo chamber, which is
03:07actually still over at that other house because it's just too big to even move over. So we had to get
03:12a new one for this house. My husband and I are obsessed with anything that has to do with wellness and
03:16longevity because we always say that forever isn't long enough. Every time you walk in, it is so cold.
03:22It's a bit of a shock to the system, but it is definitely worth it. There's four levels. So this is
03:28the easiest one. I do this one a lot. This is like the hardcore one. Can't believe it's that cold, but
03:34yeah, you can survive negative 166 degrees for two minutes.
03:39So next we have the Icon laser. I love this device. You have all these different attachments. So you
03:52basically could just take different sizes of attachments depending if you want to do on your
03:56face or anywhere on your body. This is perfect for body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening.
04:03You can use it during a facial and it's also really great for lymphatic drainage and you wear like a
04:09whole like body suit and I love to multitask. So while I'm getting a facial, I will be getting this
04:15done on my body and it's just amazing because it feels like a workout and it's like an easy workout
04:22because you're laying there and they're just going like this everywhere. So it's like a massage
04:26workout in one. So just like my mom taught me everything about skincare when I was a little girl,
04:32I can't wait to give all that advice to my daughter London. She will have all of the wellness and
04:38longevity treatments that she can want starting from a little baby girl. Every time I have a party
04:44here at my house, everybody wants to come and see this living spa. So we were here recently with me
04:49and Meg Thee Stallion. She's one of my neighbors and she is obsessed with longevity and wellness. So we're
04:55going to plan a girl's body soon. She doesn't come over and she wants to use like the cryo machine,
05:00the hyperbaric and all of the beauty devices.
05:10So this is the Neurotris. This is actually the first machine that I ever got. It's probably 12
05:14years ago. I am obsessed with this. It is for face and body. So as I said, multitasking queen.
05:22When I'm getting a facial here, my technician will basically hook this up to my entire body.
05:28And it's this little kind of like those little sticky pads and this is the electrodes.
05:33So this uses microcurrent technology, which is basically tightening your skin.
05:38It builds muscle, burns fat, as well as there's these wands, which are amazing,
05:44which I use Para-V with. I can put on my serums and the wands just are lifted up.
05:51And they basically do a facial the whole time. And this just makes your skin just so tight.
05:57I'm obsessed with these. It feels a little crazy sometimes because it's just like the whole time.
06:03You could just like feel electricity going through your whole body. It doesn't hurt though.
06:10So this is my newest device that I just got last month. I absolutely love it.
06:15It's called the Genio X and it does this glow facial. They have different attachments and there's
06:22different programs where you can choose if you want to do just like a facial or skin brightening,
06:28skin tightening. It has like 50 different ones that you can do. And it has different little pods
06:34that you can put in as well that are for hydration, anti-aging, building collagen. This is epic.
06:41I love doing this every single week. And this is by Luminous. They make the best machines and they also
06:47made this one over here, which I love. This is the Neurotite by Luminous. Just like what it's called,
06:55Neurotite. It's all about making the face and body tight and beautiful. Loves it.
07:02Neurotite. This is my new skincare line, Para-V. I'm so proud of it. This is one of my favorites.
07:13It's called That's Tight Plumping Vitality Serum. It is amazing for plumping, for tightening,
07:21for smoothing your skin. And this is what I put on first before I put on all of my other products.
07:27When I was creating this line, I put together mood boards of what I wanted to look like, feel like,
07:33and what I wanted to do. This is just the skincare line of my dreams. And as you can see,
07:38it matches my pink aesthetic because it's my favorite color. Yeah, I'm just so excited and so
07:44proud with what we have created and developed. And I can't wait for you all to try it.
