00:19 Alright, Pizza Butte-Ide, Pizza Fennici.
00:22 Pizza Fennici isn't real. It's one of those...
00:29 What is that? It's one...
00:31 What is that?
00:33 It's one of those "be... it arts, it looks good" type places, but then they're never open when you go there.
00:40 Oh, so this is mad. They're mad about it.
00:42 Pizza Fennici isn't real. It's one of those bitch-ass...
00:46 Bitch-ass? I don't know what that... Do you know what that is?
00:49 It's one of those...
00:51 Look at that.
00:52 This looks great, by the way. By the way, he's friends with Nino, the pizza guy.
00:57 Martin Jalorio, all-time pizza guy. I've known him forever. We're in Pelham, by the way.
01:02 What did that quote say out there that you blacked out?
01:05 So, I saw it from a Facebook group, and somebody had listed me as, like, a couple of them on the group.
01:12 It said, "Pizza Fennici is my new favorite place, behind Johnny's and another place."
01:16 And this guy, I guess he lives locally. I close on Monday, because he's brand new.
01:21 I only have myself, her, and another guy.
01:25 So, he must have driven by every Monday for like a year and didn't get the hint.
01:30 So, I responded back in kind, and I posted all the days I closed, and the reasons I closed, not that I had to.
01:38 But it was still irking me, because it wasn't the hours, because that's legit.
01:41 You know?
01:42 But he told me bullshit.
01:44 Bullshit? That's hard. That's what it was, sir.
01:47 I don't know why I couldn't figure that word out. Bullshit.
01:49 I like that guy.
01:51 Pizza Fennici isn't real. It's one of those bullshit, artsy, it looks good type places.
01:55 But then they are never open when you go there.
01:57 A year on Monday.
01:59 Funny story.
02:00 It does look good, and it does look a little bit artsy, to be totally honest.
02:04 Austin said, on our whole trip, he's like, "This is the one you've got to try."
02:07 Great undercarriage.
02:08 I said, looking outside, I go, "Austin, I don't know what you see in here."
02:11 Now I see. You've got a real pizza maker, you've got the funny comments, and the pizza looks great.
02:16 A little on the artsy side, with Nino's Pizza Crew, always a little on the artsy side.
02:21 They're artisans. They're pizza artisans.
02:24 One bite, everybody knows the rules. Here we go.
02:26 Pizza Fennici.
02:27 By the way, this Westchester area, you know how I say Long Island has horrible pizza?
02:34 And it does. It's all floppy and doughy, and the Long Islanders, they don't know what they're doing.
02:40 They look around like, "Oh, they don't know."
02:42 This is the opposite.
02:44 In Westchester, it's all thin, crispy, and great.
02:48 Like, if I was a Long Island mayor, I'd be like, "We're packing up.
02:51 We're spending a week in the Westchester area just studying their pizza.
02:55 We're going to get rid of the floppy, doughy shit."
02:57 Anyway, one bite, everybody knows the rules.
02:59 Pizza Fennici.
03:00 Very good.
03:07 A little on the heavier side, for sure.
03:11 Like artsy. When I say heavy, I mean artsy.
03:13 [crunch]
03:15 You know, this is what tickles your taste buds.
03:25 Are you a pizza artisan guy?
03:27 Because if you are, you're going to want to come here, as opposed to Roma, the place we went.
03:31 I just gave a 7.9, which is lighter, more basic.
03:34 This one definitely has more pizzazz.
03:36 And I don't mean pizzazz good or bad. That's a taste bud thing.
03:40 [crunch]
03:42 For me, I don't want to say, because I like that guy a lot and break his heart.
03:52 I tend to, if you know me, I go towards the basic side a little bit.
03:56 Like, this has a lot of very, you know, you can tell the cheese has kind of turned into a little bit greased
04:01 because they used such fresh ingredients, all that stuff.
04:03 I'm going to go 7.8.
04:05 Really good, but it's like I want to be able to hammer 5,000 slices and keep going.
04:10 This one, I won't be able to do it.
04:11 Still great pizza. 7.8. Pizza Fenici.
04:14 It is open, just not on Mondays. That's a review.
