00:21 customers were uncertain, how do we withdraw our money?
00:24 There was a PDF form the company set out,
00:25 looked, forgive me for the words, I mean, it looks shady.
00:28 You know, it's not the way a lot of these companies,
00:30 you know, if you're on the FanDuel app,
00:31 wanna withdraw money, just go into the app,
00:33 they have all your information,
00:35 and you get your money within, I don't know,
00:36 24, 72 hours, whatever it is.
00:38 But, you know, this No House Advantage
00:41 wasn't communicating with their customers well,
00:43 process was a complete shambles,
00:45 and, you know, credit to Better here for stepping up.
00:47 I mean, they are able to acquire,
00:48 I think it's like 14,000 customers here.
00:51 But if you withdrew from No House Advantage already,
00:54 you would do it through No House Advantage,
00:55 they'll complete those transactions.
00:56 But Better taking on a lot of outstanding balances
00:58 and, you know, the customers potentially
01:00 from No House Advantage can't transition to Better,
01:02 see if they like the app,
01:03 otherwise they can withdraw their money
01:04 and Better's gonna, you know,
01:06 not keep them from those funds.

01:10 with sports betting in the US,
01:11 obviously they've had slow starts in Ohio,
01:15 in Massachusetts, right?
01:16 I mean, they're practically a tax write-off at this point
01:19 for what they're getting in, you know,
01:21 this Jake Paul owned group.
01:22 I mean, a lot of people wanna bet on Jake Paul,
01:24 they don't wanna bet with him.
01:25 So, but again, credit to Joey Leevin Better here.

01:29 they're based in Miami.
01:30 So I don't know if there's a connection there
01:32 between the No House Advantage founders and him,
01:34 but, you know, credit to Better
01:35 for hopefully settling these bets
01:36 and a lot of these customers who were upset
01:38 about where their money is,
01:40 can get that money or play through it on the Better app,
01:43 with Better Picks.
01:44 But again, that's one of the companies that is, you know,
01:46 in this Florida court case,
01:48 potentially in terms of, you know,
01:51 their daily fantasy sports operations
01:52 and the State Gaming Commission saying, you know,
01:54 you need to cease and desist at this time.
