A woman approaching 40 looks younger than she did in her twenties - and claims it's all down to turmeric and not stressing over things out of her control.
Adriana Krzesniak, 39, credits the spice with helping her look so youthful - and also says smothering her skin in SPF and maintaining a healthy mindset have helped too.
She says she looked "so much older" when she was in her twenties - "cooped up and miserable".
Adriana felt she was given a "second life" when she left her husband at the age of 32 and moved to Stuttgart, Germany, to pursue her dream career in fashion.

00:00 The way you age is like 70%-80% of your genes, which I don't believe to be true.
00:07 I have a big family. I have four siblings, three brothers, one sister. I have a lot of cousins also.
00:19 I'm the oldest one from all my siblings and my cousins.
00:23 When people who don't know us see us together, they always think that I'm the youngest one.
00:29 But from all other members of my family, I look the youngest.
00:34 And it's also because we have very different lifestyle.
00:38 When I was very young, I remember I was on holidays. My brothers and father came to visit me.
00:44 They always were very, very tanned. They loved to sun tan. I was always white.
00:50 When you sun tan your skin every year, your skin have this bronze look.
00:55 When you sun tan every year, your skin don't want to tan so easily.
01:01 I love my parents, but they also didn't age really slow.
01:07 My mother, I always told her when I was already in my 20s, "Mom, please drink water."
01:14 She always like one glass during the day and for her it was, "Yeah, I drink my water."
01:20 And she always sun tan. It was visible very fast on my parents' skin.
01:26 As much as genes are important, I think they are 20 or 30% of how we actually age.
01:34 And the rest is what we do. Our lifestyle is much more important in this matter than our genes.

02:07 For breakfast, I usually eat porridge. And of course, before I eat breakfast, I drink half liter of water.
02:14 For lunch, I always have something small. Either it is avocado toast or I just take some oils from the jar with some cheese,
02:24 but without lactose because I don't eat lactose. For supper, I actually eat something big.
02:31 I try to do always high-protein meal. For example, chili sin carne with lentils, celery, potatoes, and always fresh parsley.
