Rebecca Goshawk from Solace Women's Aid tells National World's Karen Roberts of the difficulties faced by domestic abuse survivors in getting housing and what the situation is like for some when they enter temporary accommodation. One of the biggest decisions survivors ever make is to leave the situation where the violence is, but when they do they are confronted with a myriad of new challenges in getting access to adequate housing for themselves and any children they bring with them.
