Ingredients:
* अरहर की दाल (Toor Dal/Red gram): 1 कप (Cup)
* तेंडली / कुंदरू (Ivy gourd): 5-7
* गाजर (Carrot): 1
* चचेंडा (Padwal/Snake gourd): 1 टुकड़ा (Piece)
* छोटा पयाज़ (Shallots): 8-10
* पयाज़ (Onion): 1
* आलू (Potato): 1
* सहजन की फली (Drumsticks): 1
* गवार फली (Cluster beans): 8-10
* भीनडी (Ladyfinger): 2
* हरी मीरच (Green Chili): 2
* टमाटर (Tomato): 2
* करी पते (Curry leaves): 1 टहनी (Sprig)
* Red Chili powder): 1 बड़ा चमचा (Tablespoon)
* धनीया पाउडर (Coriander powder): 1½ छोटी चमच (Teaspoon)
* हलदी पाउडर (Turmeric powder): ¼ छोटी चमच (Teaspoon)
* जीरा पाउडर (Cumin powder): ¼ छोटी चमच (Teaspoon)
* मेथी दानें का पाउडर (Fenugreek Seed Powder):¼ छोटी चमच (Teaspoon)
* हींग पाउडर (Asafoetida powder): ¼ छोटी चमच (Teaspoon)
* गरेवी के लीए पानी(Water for gravy): जरूरत के अनुसार(As per need)
* नमक (Salt): स्वादानुसार (As per taste)
* तेल (Oil): 3 बड़ा चमचा (Tablespoon)
* सरसों (Mustard):½ छोटी चमच (Teaspoon)
* लहसुन कलीयाँ कटा हुआ (Garlic cloves chopped): 4-5
* सुखी लाल मीरच (Dry red chili): 2
* करी पते (Curry leaves): 1 टहनी (Sprig)
* हरा धनीया (Coriander leaves) (Optional)
