Bodyworn video captures woman coughing at police during arrest

Charlene Merrifield, 39, coughed at the Northumbria Police officer as she was put in the back of a van during her arrest.
Her actions have been condemned by a top officer as her team works to protect people during the coronavirus outbreak.
