Ingredients for Pasta:
(Serves 2)
- 200 gms Chicken Breast(marinated)
- Water
- 200 gms Penne Pasta
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic(minced)
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Capsicum(diced)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper(diced)
- 1/2 cup Boiled Corn
- 2 Tomatoes(pureed)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Black pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- White Sauce
Ingredients for White Sauce:
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk(warm)
Method:
1. Heat pan over a medium flame and add marinated chicken breast pieces to it
2. After around 3-4 minutes, flip the chicken pieces
3. Now, in a sauce pan heat butter on a low-flame, and add all-purpose flour
4. Whisk it; add warm milk to the sauce pan and mix it
5. Now, take off the fried chicken breast pieces from the pan and keep it aside
6. In the sauce pan add processed cheese; mix it till the sauce thickens
7. Now, in a cooker heat water; add salt, pasta to it and let it boil
8. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and add minced garlic and saute it
9. Once the raw smell of garlic goes away, add chilli flakes, diced capsicum to it and turn the flame to medium
10. Now, add diced red bell pepper, boiled corn, pureed tomatoes, oregano, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and let it cook
11. Once cooked, add white sauce to it, and mix it
12. Now, strain the cooked pasta; add it to the pink sauce and mix it
13. Add some salt water, in which the pasta is cooked, to the pasta mix and stir it
14. Dice the fried chicken, which was kept aside, to the pasta mix and mix it
