Ingredients for curry powder (kura podi) :

Curry powder | Kura podi
1cup (250 ml) chanadal
1 cup (100ml) uraddal
1 cup (100 ml)coriander seeds
2 dry coconut whole
1 tbsp methi seeds
30 dried red chillies
1 tsp hing

*dry roast all the ingredients
on low flame until it changes
it's colour golden brown.
and blend into a coarse powder

*kura podi is ready
store in a air tight container
use as required.
